STING CAUSES STIR IN RESTAURANT |

Sting and cooks, it stays a problematic matter. Sting stunned staff at a Miami restaurant by insisting on having his personal chef preparing his meal in the kitchen of posh eatery Casa Tua in Miami Beach. A source told Britain's The Sun, "It was amazing -- Casa Tua is one of the best places in town. It has some fantastic chefs and Sting brings his own person to cook. No one would believe it... Apparently his people booked ahead and said staff would cook for his friends but not for him."
Restaurant owner Michele Gredene says he could not comment, but did not deny the incident.
Bad taste Sting ... a normal person enters a restaurant because he likes it, not because it offers a good cooking accommodation for his private cook.

It's not that bad I think... Considering who he is and what he's doing now... I guess he's on a strict diet and has probably a chef following him to cook him only things that will allow him to finish the tour in extremly good shape. We all know that he is very strict with his energy.
All that should be really known in that stupid story is : what did his chef cooked him ? Maybe it's all part of his strict diet.

Maybe it's because he's on a very special diet during the tour. As said before, to keep his voice in the best shape, he follows a very special diet, that's surely why he wanted his own chef that knows this diet...

I am sure his macrobiotic diet needs a special cook. I doubt the restaurant was shocked, not to mention he paid the eatery a lot of money to feed everyone else. This is typical lets get Sting BS. I am sure the restaurant was told ahead of time. Maybe just not all staff.

Hmpf I really have trouble believing THIS story this time! Think, normally such a story emerges from a source near Miami where it happens and is mentioned in a newspaper locally..but no paper in the states has reported anything like at all - Just Ted on E!Online did and he never mentioned Sting ordering Joe Sponzo to cook a meal in that restaurant..The Sun is the only paper that did tell the story and they certainly are not very close to where this incident was supposed to be happen. I think one of the chefs got Sting's special order just in the wrong throat, that is all...chefs are divas, after all!

Gotta keep the bod lean and mean!

some people seem to have a full time job in making excuses for his indulgent and self absorbed actions...

I don't think it's that arthurlee, I really believe it's just a useless crtic directed towards him. We don't even know who that "chef" was... We don't even know what has been done that night in that restaurant... This is just unprecise report with not much to learn from.

I've been biting my tongue since this story came out, needless to say it hurts after all this time.
Why should anybody care if Sting brought his own chef or not. If the restaurant was paid for its services and he also paid a generous tip and didn't destroy the place on the way its his business.
Its not like he had them close the place when he came in, or had the staff stay after hours to prepare a peanut butter bannana sandwich for crying out loud.
