On September 24 Sting performed a concert at the Służewiec Horsetrack in Warsaw. Before that, he also did a "The Broken Music" signing session at a bookstore in Warsaw.
Opening acts were Kayah and Makowiecki Band. The concert was aired by public television TVP 2 (from 9 p.m. on) and was shown on large screens in Cracow, Poznań, Wrocław and Gdańsk.
The concert was organized for the clients of PTK Centertel, or users of the Idea mobile phone network (soon to be renamed Orange).

Sting together with Dominic Miller and Lyle Workman on guitars, and featuring Josh Freese on drums brought twenty songs:

I was there - right under the stage!!! FANTASTIC PERFORMANCE!! Real Broken Music tour in Europe and great rock mood!!! Thank´s Sting for this special concert!!!

btw - here´s a pic of me and my friends (taken by polish press photographs)

My understanding is that the live CD/DVD from NY is no longer happening. :(

Somebody please correct if I'm wrong (I hope I am)!

All releases of CD/DVDs of the USA and German concert were indeed postponed (although we believe they were rather cancelled due to poor quality of the performances).

OMG - poor quality of the performances? :-) I´ve never seen/heard a "poor" performace made by Sting. That´s impossible! :-))

MUST BE RELEASED!!! If not, what about making a fan petition for releasing these performances on DVD?

Is there any chance that the Warsaw performance will be released as a DVD and will replace an Irving Plaza DVD? If Irving Plaza was cancelled, Warsaw performance is our last chance to see BM tour on DVD!

BTW - the concert in Warsaw was great!
