As we reported earlier, Sting was special guest in One Shot Not on Arte, the show with Manu Katche. He performed live at the show, recorded in early February 2010. This will now be broadcasted on Arte on 1st of April 2010. According to Colombian newspapers, Sting will perform on 6 May 2010 in Bogot�, Colombia to support the benefit "Buchanans Forever" which supports the education of poor children around the world. Also similar support gigs will be organised in Ciudad, Mexico on 8 May and Caracas, Venezuela on 1 May.

Sting and the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra are pairing up for a North American tour beginning this summer. The tour will feature Sting tunes like Fields of Gold as well as hits by his former band, the Police, including Roxanne and Every Breath You Take. The rather cheesy (and actually bad) remake of" We are the world", recorded on February 1st, 2010, in the same studio as the original 25 years earlier (Henson Recording Studios, formerly A&M Recording Studios), namely "We Are The World 25 For Haiti" was released. Anyway, it is for a good cause... we couldn't spot Sting though.

Well, it seems it is for the rich only Sting likes to perform lately. Sting is to perform live at the Dubai Racing Carnival on 4 March 2010 in Meydan. Sting will also perform on 29 May at the Rabat's Mawazine Festival - Rhythms of the World in Morocco

According to the daily Slobodna Dalmacija, plans are being made for Sting to perform a concert in Croatia to open Dubrovnik�s cultural summer at the end of May or at the beginning of June 2010. The gig would take place in the Stradun.
