Allegedly the surgery was done to alleviate sinus and breathing problems, but clearly it had a cosmetic impact as well.

I don`t know, may be it was useful for his health, anyway, I love his old nose. I don`t think that treatment for breathing problems needed do THIS with his face. Difference between these two photos is 3 years, but seems like more then 10.
