For those of you who are busy with the new Verona 1988 DVD. I have some high quality scans from Robert Gligorov's artwork, which were NOT published in the book, but do show the artwork for the retrackted 1989 live album Maybe it would be nice to use them for the DVD artwork........ Remon, is there a new version of the VERONA 1988 DVD floating around? What´s the quality? Is the entire concert or a part of it?

Actually I was working on a reedition of the Verona concert (to make a full show), with a new sound taken from a FM broadcast of the concert, a new chaptering and presentation... But someone told me I could stop because of... something :-) But that's a positive news....

I have a version without glitches (as I don't hear them). I understood a guy went with a 1st generation stereo master to a professional studio and had it mastered to cd (or DAT). It sounds a lot better than the multiple bootlegs of the second part of the show. Kenny's wrong notes in Caro mio bien remain :)
So: yes an almost perfect version exists. I'm looking for the - uncompressed - Wiltern Theater 1998. The version I have is much better than TAOTH but still too much tremble, because of compression. Anyone? Feb 08, 09 | 6:14 pm

I would like to hear a sample of this so called 1st generation master, because a full 140min tape has been in trading ciruits for a number of years. It might originate from a different source than your version.
