If you met Sting what would want to ask him?

no "will you merry me"....sorry, he's mine! ;)

I seriously would like to know if he really waxes in his ass...and why, because who's going to look in there?

I know it's imature...but I still find the ass thing funy...

I would say,"Please just one more try with those two other guys and when is Last Exit getting back together?"." Or please do one more album with the radioactors".(I remember some horrendous song called nuclear waste,or something!)

Stingirl - difficult question.I really have no idea.Maybe I will swallow my tongue. If I meet STING I will probably forget my name, I don't know!
Otherwise there are so many questions, but easy ''will you merry me'' is for you- just keep away from Trudie!!!

I would ask him...perhaps...how long did it take to master the sun salutation in Astanga Yoga when he began his practice 13 years ago;-)

Item: I just started an Asthanga Yoga course (having done some Hatha Yoga before) and wasn't able to get all the 12 positions into a flow! sigh:-( Well, I have to practice a lot, I know that.....

Otgher question perhaps would be whether he has ever musically studied Heinrich Schütz (his motets:-))

Hmm... I find quite a lot to ask him if I am thinking about it for a minute......

If another band wanted to trade the best sax player in the world for Kipper would you make the trade?

um

Espresso or tea?

How much wood could Kipper chuck if Kipper could chuck wood?

um

Why did you name your stand up brian and why havent' we seen him lately?

um

What inspired you to write Book of my life or Ghost Story...

@ Gonefishing..you aren't serious, are you? Brian is called Brian because of "The Life of Brian" (Monty Python), so I think. Sting once compared a temple in India looking like something from "The Sense of Life", so obviuosly he is a big Monty Python fan...knows all the movies apparently.

And Book of my Life was written at the same time he was writing his autobiography. He tried to channel his thoughts in expressing them both in a prose text and his music....you can look up that stuff at sting.com and also in some interviews in Radio and TV (some of them are really detailed)

Ghost Story is about his father.

But the Kipper questions are definitely worth asking him!! I second that:-)))

--- when have I been serious... ok a few times. More questions some not serious but what the heck....

OK why oh why oh why wasn't Book of my Life done during the Sacred Love Tour? Why didn't you do I burn for you during the same tour after telling everybody you would? My wife liked the Jason Rebello and You version of Walking on the Moon on the Sacred Love DVD - why wasn't that played throughout the tour?

Why does your websites member ship fee cost so darned much?

and When in bloody heck are we going to get a Sting Box Set and please tell me it will be loaded with live material!?

and finally (joking of course) if Kippers apple went in the air and broke would you give him the super glue and help him rebuild it?

and then... rumor has it you flipped off somebody whose user name is windtzu2 at Stingus.net - would you please appologize to this person?!

I would ask him:

"If one of your children got turned by a vampire, and walked the earth as unholy and undead - a lifeless bloodsucking creature of the night - would you have killed it by several blows to its head with a shovel if you got 4 million dollars to do so? Would such a kill be easier with a specific child of yours?

I can just see it; me asking this question at a random book signing, Sting losing it, beating me into a bloody pulp, guards trying desperately to seperate his fist from my jaw, me having a memory to last a lifetime. (I'm pretty certain vulgar and detestable hypotheticals about killing his own children will spark his temper...)

Or, alternately, I could ask if if he would please sign my book. Yeah, maybe that's better.

Probablyme , I like your question. It would be interesting to know who Sting might respect and admire, or just to pick brains with. Tarancalime, keep going to your Asthanga classes, it is amazing how incredibly in shape you will be in. I regret not having the drive and time to devote to its pursuits. I'd ask him when he's gonna divorce Trudie... lol

Ok to be serious, I actually don't know what I would ask him if I should happen to meet him. I would like to ask him something... meaningful, not just some silly thing...

I feel a bit inspired by lola though, maybe I would ask him for a hug. I would love to kiss him as well, but I think I would rather find out what a hug from Sting feels like. I just LOOOOVE gettting hugs lol... There's nothing better than nice tight and warm hug from someone you love (well ok maybe there is, but let's not get into that...)

{while his voice is still at it's peak}.He could re-record "Fall Out"," Nothing Achieving","Landlord" , & "Dead End Job" whist he has a killer band together{to put as bonus tracks on the Box Set that continues to never see the light of day ! ".

Ýes,I keep myself waiting and waiting and waiting ,lol!
Can I write the story in Portuguese and if you want to can translate it ;) If worthy!

That would be cool !

roxroe: It's dzibead from Tibet just ask dzibead or micra

Gonefishing: It's 100 gazillion dollars. Mooowahahahahaha!!!!!!!

Lady Dolphin: He doesn't set the prices for tickets and Sting solo is a lot cheaper than some artists. Man try and get a ticket for Kenny Chesney. Live Nation set the prices for The Police.

Ooh Brandnew: I love it that so may Europeans still smoke (so do I even though I know it's bad for me)

Sport! : I think he has had hair transplants. That's why he grew his hair longer there for awhile in 2004. They just transplant your natural hair into other parts of your head. OUCH!!!!!!!!

This ends the portion of "Just Ask Franny". I can always give you partial answers for your questions. Because I know NOTHING.

Yeah but if Sting said to Live Nation or whoever "make my tickets cheaper" they would have to wouldnt they? Im sure he could do that if he wanted to! Who's Kenny Chesney?! lol!

Why does Sting's hair disturb you Sport? I dont know why he always had to dye his hair blonde, it looked good brown too, thats his natural colour isnt it? Has he really had hair transplants? I didnt know that!!

I was going to say I would ask Sting for a kiss but on second thoughts that would be a bit weird!! :P

Only because he's been "losing it" for nearly 3 decades, yet it still seems to keep hanging in there... it defies biology, physics, and all of nature! Why do you think he has all of those cool, but goofy, hats?!?

I just want to get a good look at it...maybe run my fingers through it (clean intentions here folks!)... whoever does his hair does a good job with it. In all of the photos I've seen thoughout this tour, I haven't seen one botched hair yet!

I wuld polite invite Sting to visit Romania and to explore all his deep spirituality. Some Tibetans and Indians know what i am talking abaut...r-OM-ania. I wonder also what are his predictions about this worlds future?? Did he ever try drogs? What's his favourite animal and car?? When he was a teacher ( was it? ) what was the shcoolgirl's name, that one who coulden't stand farr away from him :D ? His Dzibead...how many eys he got? how about years...is it a gift from someone? Did he ever speek to Dalailama? Did he ever cheat on Trudie? ( plss hope not ) And finaly i will ask him to take good care of his physique his voice and his legendary guitar.

I am really looking forward to my trip to "Sting-ville" (Tuscany) ... Here's a little tidbit (which you probably already know) ... some people hear "A year has passed since I wrote my note" as, "A year has passed since I broke my nose" ... and, some hear "You make the best of what's still around" as "You make the best homemade stew around" ... go figure.

@roxroe: Franny had sadly more important things to do than writing on a Sting/Police Forum..... Real life hit when you are unprepared.... not that you can be prepared to lose a son anyway. But her loss happened probably in one of the worst circumstances. She needed time to mourne him...... and Sting was the last thing on her mind. I can only express my happyness when I read a post by her.... life must goes on, but I know how hard it is. I hope she can consider us her online family.....
